When your order ships you will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number. This notice indicates that all of your items have shipped unless previously notified of any out of stock items on your order.

Most candles are susceptible to heat damage during the summer months. If slight melting occurs during shipping place your candles in a cool place such as a refrigerator in their upright position for a few hours to harden the wax. If your candles were severely damaged by the summer heat you may contact us to request return for inspection and replacement. Once candles are burned they cannot be returned for exchange. Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
